1) Watch and learn

2) Setting a bedtime for your baby

Bedtime for baby? 3) Bath time

5) Mealtime

At about 6 months, when a child begins to eat solid food, sit with him as he slowly and messily learns how to eat with a spoon. Then, when your family joins pull his chair high up with you. When he starts eating regular food give him whatever you are eating, cut into small pieces. This habit develops a healthy eating habit and social and language skills.

6) Whatever works
